Gopal has a Masters in Hospitality, Transport & Tourism from University of Angers – France. He has gained widespread international experience across India, United kingdom, France, Switzerland, Ecuador, Indonesia, United Arab Emirates and Maldives in key areas of the F& B business,such as, creativity, resource planning, operations, business development, supervising in multi-cultural environment, business strategies and implementation, including infrastructure development.He is also proficient in formalising of SLAs, cost control and auditing, dealing with regulatory bodies, etc. Gopal has successfully launched and operated various formats including cafe’s, fine dining, Quick Service Restaurants, Desserts stores, Hotels and serviced apartments.
